Bobby Piton stated that since we last spoke on the 32nd PODCAST of new paradigms, #DougLogan presented preliminary findings before the #ArizonaSenate to #KarenFann, president of the Senate, that at least 74,000 ballots were possibly #fraudulent. Bobby stated that this is a Conservative number and that #EdwardSolomon and he have estimated that Arizona may have had more than 500,000 possible fraudulent votes and that these figures have been presented to the legislative and legal authorities. David Shestokas stated that constitutionally since the 27th PODCAST when he had testified in #Gettysburg, #Pennsylvania that he and his colleagues have come a long way with educating people on what the #Constitution has to say on such matters.

David stated that we are day by day revealing more of what happened, what went wrong, and that when he testified in Gettysburg before Thanksgiving, the legislators at the time didn’t even understand the constitutional authority of the legislative body found in #Article2 which defines the #presidency. David stated that education of the legislators and the American people which is a two-track process, developing evidence, and spending time with legislators within the legal process is key to ensuring we do not repeat the problems of 2020 in the following elections.

I asked Bobby about #SethKessel released data which states 8.1 million excess votes were cast in the U.S. Elections in 2020 and has there been more significant changes so that we can have a better process in 2022? Bobby stated that one thing he’s working on is going through all 102 counties in the state and getting some suspect counties audited. Showing deficiencies exist allows voters to have the data they need to be more active in the next election than they have been in the past.

I asked about Senator #TammyDuckworth‘s 54.9% victory in 2016 and how #SenatorDurbin won by the same 54.9% in 2020 and what steps are the legislators taking to ensure these election discrepancies and concerns are addressed before the 2022 elections. David stated that people are becoming more aware of their responsibility in elections. He stated that he’s working on building a key election team in Illinois, with a statewide group of attorneys to monitor what happens in Illinois elections to include storage of ballots monitoring, legal response, etc. He plans on having eyes on the next election precinct by precinct.

When asked about the possibility that 295,000 excess votes in Illinois, were excess and how did this number impact swing district races in 2020? Bobby stated that the 295,000 is ultra-conservative based on data he looked at in Illinois. Former Republican Senatorial Candidate, #MarkCurran, lost by a million votes. What he found in the data was the inflation of the number of votes in Illinois to #discourage honest #candidates from running. In swing communities they make it look like more people are voting than they actually are. They are creating multiple versions of the same person. They create replicas. What he noticed in Maricopa and related to #KaneCounty is that in Kane, 313,000 voter registration records where 1 out of 10 people had at least the same-named person with the same first and last name. This method is used by those who wish to defraud the voters to slot a voter they want to be moved into another voters district to take the vote of someone who did not vote. Boby stated that if you cast a vote for duplicates when you look at records, you can say this is a real person bypassing any fraudulent claims. The only way you can find the fraudulent vote is by asking all who did not vote if they voted in the election. That takes resources, personnel, and time given the courts are not set to deal with election fraud that is taking place given new technologies have made it simpler to cheat.

The Republican party has no system to counter the system in Illinois that caused the issues of the 2020 election but both David and Bobby stated that we can counter this if everyone is involved at the precinct level. Just having 10-20 people per week door knock you can see which votes were real and or fake and take the fake votes off the rolls for the next election.

Finally, David stated that we are setting groundwork in 2022. Bobby stated that he met with Gen Flynn and other influencers over the weekend looking at how to counter these tactics and procedures that allow for fraudulent votes.
